Privacy policy

Columbus Fence Installers is a website operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company. It connects homeowners in Columbus and central Ohio with a fence contractor working the region; the operator is not a fence contractor and does not perform fence work.

Information received

Two kinds of information arrive here. The first is whatever you type into a form here: your name, how to reach you, the property address or town, and a few lines about the fence you want built or repaired.

The second is ordinary server and analytics data that any website records, such as pages viewed, approximate location, and the browser used. It describes traffic rather than people, and it is not tied to what you put in a form.

Purpose

Form details exist so a contractor can answer your inquiry and talk through the work with you. The traffic data exists so the pages people read can be improved. Neither is used to build a profile of you.

Onward disclosure

What you submit is passed to the fence contractor covering your area so that they can respond to you directly. Details are not sold or traded, and nobody without a role in answering your inquiry receives them.

Retention

Inquiry details are kept as long as they are useful for following up, then cleared out. Traffic data is held in general, aggregate form. The site is not directed at children, and nothing on it is built to collect information from them.

Your requests

You can ask to see what is held about you, to correct a mistake in it, or to have it deleted entirely. Write to admin@columbusfenceinstallers.com and it will be dealt with.
